Practice Groups
- Discover the Recorder: 18 Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Recorder for Fun: 18 Tuesdays from 7:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
- Harmonia: 18 Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- La Follia: 18 Mondays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Other activities
- Sight reading: 8 Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Sons et Brioches Concerts: 3 Sundays from 11 a.m. (one concert per practice group)
- Welcome Cocktail: August 28, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Christmas Party: December 5, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Annual General Meeting (AGM) and end-of-year celebration: June 5, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Flutissimo Sons and Brioches Concert

Sophie Larivière of Ensemble Caprice directs Flutissimo in the first Sons and Brioches concert of the 2018-2019 season. Flutissimo is the most advanced group in the Montreal Recorder Society and it plays music from a wide range of time periods and in a wide range of styles. Its members sometimes even compose or write music for it!
The Sons and Brioches concert series features each of the SFBM practice groups and, often, small ensembles.
