The Great History of Small Flutes
You are invited to participate to a virtual activtiy!
This is a mini conference on the history and evolution of flutes. First, Gilles will explain the functioning of the different flute types. Then he will showcase the great range of possibilities offered by traditional flutes from all over the world. After this comes a history of the evolution of flutes in the West, from the Middle Ages until now, and let’s not forget mechanisation! In total, Gilles will demonstrate over 25 instruments – and answer your questions to boot!
