Policy for cancellation in case of a storm

Here is what the policy, which will be posted soon in the Policies and Regulations section of our site, provides for:

• If the École de musique Vincent-d’Indy is open:

-          Rehearsals and/or other activities will take place as planned.

-          The directors must show up or arrange to be replaced.  Note that the musical directors will be paid even if all the members of their group are absent and the rehearsal will not be repeated.

-          The participants who won’t show up must inform their musical director and their group representative as soon as possible. See list of group representatives here.

• If the École de musique Vincent-d’Indy School of Music is closed:

-          The activities of the MRS planned for that day will be cancelled.  The members will be informed about the cancellation by email.
